Today I got some tips to help you avoid some slippage. Slippage of both your gown and shoes! I found these on a show called “Wedding Gown Secrets Revealed” on WE TV.

Hollywood Wedding Gown Tape is a clear double-sided tape that comes in packs of 36, they are 3 in x ½ in strips that is also hypo-allergenic. Might be a good idea to put a box of these in your wedding emergency kit.

I have used the dress tape before and I love it, but I wanted to send out a little tip to save you some pain. Rub lotion on it before you try to peel it off to disolve some of the adhesive. Baby oil in gel form works really well for this. Let in sink it a minute before you grip it and rip it.
